Sweet Chili is a southeast Asian concept with a focus on the Four S's of Asian cuisine: sweet, salty, spicy, and sour. Their dishes are based on Chef Lisa Fernandes’s multitude of experience in traditional Asian recipes which allows her to infuse her dishes with creativity and modernity – balancing history and innovation. The goal of the concept is to serve bold, exciting flavors that will light up your palate while serving them in a familiar format that will keep guests coming back for more.
