Family owned and operated, The Sombrero Tacoria started as The Sombrero Food Truck.
Their vision became a reality after purchasing their first food truck. Spending countless hours creating the right recipe for each of their dishes from scratch, fresh ingredients that are prepped daily create the perfect combination of flavor.
From a food truck to a brick and mortar location in Totowa, NJ and a second location opened in early 2020 in Ridgewood NJ, Sombrero Tacoria is a brand to watch!
In 2021-2022, we assisted Sombrero Tacoria in developing and opening their 3rd location in Clifton, NJ.
